About the Job:
Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets for new and expansion opportunities.
Be a strategic advisor to customers; understand challenges through the customer’s lens and provide solutions.
Work with sales engineering and cross functional teams to develop compelling business case analysis and proposal documents.
Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure that deployments are successful.
Develop and grow customer relationships.
Collaboration with HQ team on sales and related initiatives.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Marketing or related degree.
Proven success selling cutting-edge, complex technology solutions in the Warehouse / Logistics, eCommerce, Industrial, 3PL, or Automotive sectors or demonstrated experience and resources in channel sales, with a verifiable record of performance.
Strong quota attainment record.
Working knowledge of warehouse operations or WMS systems.
Self-starter; ability to sell to various levels of the organization.
Stellar presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Drive to flourish in a fast-paced international startup environment.
Ability to travel 40 – 60%.
This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
