Role Description
As an Insurance Account Representative for State Farm Agent Brian Robinson, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Achieve customer focused production goals. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in sales and customer service. Must be licensed with the state of Illinois in property and casualty. Upon hire, must obtain license in the state of Indiana in property and casualty. Self motivated. Immediate consideration if currently licensed in property, casualty and life in Illinois and Indiana.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
