Overview
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Manager to the Acentria team in Lakeland, FL. The position is for a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate responsible for daily servicing of clients, including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client. The Personal Lines Account Manager will regularly interact with new and existing clients and devise creative solutions to meet client needs as to coverage.
Responsibilities
New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development
Account rounding and retention of existing clients
Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs
Collect and analyze client information
Interact with clients in a professional and timely manner through daily service such as endorsement requests and general coverage questions
Participate in marketing and sales meetings
Manage and retain existing book of business
Review and process old and new renewals, new policies, and changes to policies
Handle questions, research, and resolve problems
Adhere to agency customer service standards
Exercise discretion and independent judgment on accounts, including interviewing clients
Collect and analyze information regarding the client to assist in product determinations
Interpret and implement company policies regarding the specific factual circumstances of each client
Review processed policies as needed
Perform other duties as required to establish, service, and maintain accounts
Competencies & Qualifications
Excellent client service skills to assist in retaining, developing, and growing a client base
High competence with computers, programs, and software across the client life cycle
Highly professional and self-motivated
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
Minimum 3+ years insurance experience preferred
Must possess state required 4-40, 2044 or 2-20 insurance license
High School diploma or equivalent
Some college helpful
