Maynard Nexsen is a full-service law firm with 600 attorneys in 31 locations nationwide Ideal Candidate: 2-4 years of transactional experience in corporate or commercial contracts and/or commercial real estate leasing and licensed to practice in South Carolina. Experience and Background: Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Commercial Contracts (such supply, distribution, service, consignment, warehousing, and/or vendor agreements) Commercial Real Estate Leasing Transactions (industrial, warehouse, office, and/or retail) General Corporate Experience (such as drafting formation documents, operating agreements, state filings, and resolutions) Organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Comfortable interacting with clients Demonstrates a commitment to exceptional work product and client service Strong academic background Salary, benefits, and bonus are comparable to other Am Law 200 firms.
