Minimum

5 years

experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.

Minimum

3 years

in Sales Support / Client Engagement roles, including RFP, SOW, and sales presentation creation.

At least

3 years

in Salesforce development and implementation, with skills in Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.

Experience in CRM solutions with a minimum of 3 years on Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.

Understanding of the Development Life Cycle, including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.

Knowledge of best practices in coding standards, deployment, Salesforce integration, and security.

Experience with Force.com Integration Technologies (WebServices, 3rd Party tools like CastIron/Boomi) for integrating with systems like Siebel, OMS, and Java-based systems.

Understanding of governor limits and experience with SOAP/REST web services implementation.

Development of Web Services classes on Force.com and WSDL generation.

Proficiency in Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, JQueries for complex business requirements.

Fluency in SOSL, SOQL, workflows, and hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.

Migration of customizations from Sandbox to Production, including configurations, packages, and objects.

Customization of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.

Experience with Salesforce configuration activities and custom reporting.

Ability to interpret user requirements into Salesforce technical specifications and configurations.

Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Platform certifications: Dev1/2 or DEV 501.

Experience with API SOAP implementation (Enterprise and Partner WSDL), Single Sign-On, and Java (a plus).

Functional Role

At least

5 years

translating functional requirements into tech solutions, developing strategies, and demonstrating solutions.

At least

3 years

in Sales Support / Client Engagement roles.

Familiarity with Salesforce products like Wave Analytics and Lightning.

Experience working in diverse stakeholder environments and global delivery.

Understanding of market and technology trends, with analytical skills.

Willingness to travel for management consulting roles.

Preferred certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Dev1/2, or DEV 501.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years of relevant experience.

Minimum

11 years

in Information Technologies.
