You will grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Responsibilities Employ a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, when presenting clients with solutions. Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner. Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements. Build relationships based on trust and community support. Qualifications Experience working in sales is required. Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required. Cultural markets knowledge is preferred but not required. Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial. Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career.
