ROLE DESCRIPTION Alex Mora - State Farm Agent is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties and support insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting business development. QUALIFICATIONS Dedicated to customer service Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life/Health License Able to meet marketing goals Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs BENEFITS Base salary plus commission/bonus Group health plan with a $300 monthly allowance Dental and vision coverage paid by the owner Group life insurance of $75,000 paid by the owner 401(k) plan with 4% match Paid time off (vacation and sick days) Growth potential and opportunities for advancement Training and licensing to represent State Farm professionally Team environment with a focus on professionalism and goal achievement Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 per year Additional Details
