$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr We are seeking an exceptional Executive or Operating Board Member to help define and drive the strategic vision for a global network of next-generation data centers. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology infrastructure, sustainability, and innovation working with a leadership team that’s building a scalable platform to meet the world’s ever-growing digital demand. The ideal candidate will have pioneered, helped build, scale, or transform global data center platforms been through the start-up journey. You understand what it takes to evolve infrastructure across regions, compliance landscapes, and power challenges. You also bring deep insight into renewable energy solutions and are passionate about redefining how data infrastructure can be powered sustainably. Qualifications
Senior Leadership in Tech Infrastructure: Proven track record in building or leading global data center strategies, platforms, or businesses. Alternative Energy Expertise: Demonstrable experience integrating sustainable energy (solar, wind, hydrogen, battery storage, thermal , Utilities electric & Gas etc.) into large-scale infrastructure or tech platforms. Founding / Scaling Experience: You’ve been at the table whether in a founder, executive, or early board capacity when a platform was designed and scaled. Strategic Vision: Ability to set long-term direction across technology, operations, partnerships, and energy models. Global Perspective: Experience operating across key markets (North America, EMEA, APAC) and navigating cross-border regulatory and logistical challenges. Responsibilities
Collaborate with fellow board members and executive leadership to define the multi-year strategy for platform growth and global expansion. Advise on capex investments, site selection, and sustainable energy infrastructure integrations. Open doors and make introductions across your network partnerships, investors, governments, and innovators. Help guide a technology-first, energy-conscious approach to data infrastructure Additional details
