Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented individual with high personal standards for ethical conduct and a hands‑on work style. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions. This means that the desired candidate will be able to clearly communicate both internally with our team and externally with our clients and carriers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather rates from carriers, working efficiently to prepare new business proposals for personal lines prospects and assisting writing producer with application submission and policy issue.

Assist clients with renewal process independently, reviewing policies for correct coverage, soliciting rewrite quotes when necessary, and ensuring a smooth transition when moving policies to a new carrier.

Handling direct and agency billed annual renewals

Processing endorsements, accords, applications, and claims

Review clients existing accounts for coverage recommendations

Partake in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings

Ensure high levels of customers service interactions

Work with agency producers with customer service-related task

Ensure customers have the right coverages while identifying and resolving customer conflicts

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of all areas of Commercial Property most notably high net worth buildings.

Knowledge of proposal building for presentation to client

Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.

Effective time management and decision-making skills

Diligent follow-up skills

Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.
