Overview
Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member Role: At the Mark Doyle Agency, assist in growing the agency by engaging new customers and promoting State Farm products. We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven, highly competitive individual who enjoys working with the public and is a hunter at heart who has no fear of contacting new customers. We have been voted one of the Best Insurance Agencies in Story County for more than 15 years.
Responsibilities
Outbound contact with potential customers through phone, text, and email. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Meet or exceed goals established with you.
Qualifications and Attributes
Outgoing, self-motivated, and willing to actively pursue new business. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfort discussing insurance options and financial services with customers.

About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto, Home, Life, Business, Health, and Renters Insurance. Office located in Somerset in north Ames. Hours: 8:00–5:30 Monday–Thursday, 8:00–4:00 Friday (evenings and Saturdays by appointment). State Farm agent since 1995; our team currently has 5 members.
