Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Client Representation: Serve as a reliable advisor to clients, assisting them throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to deliver precise and current information on property values and market trends to clients.

Property Listings: Develop and oversee property listings, ensuring they are accurate, attractive, and consistently updated across all platforms.

Negotiation: Expertly negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable outcomes.

Networking: Cultivate and sustain a robust network of industry contacts, including fellow agents, lenders, and inspectors, to ensure seamless transactions.

Lead Generation: Utilize proven tools and technology to generate leads and enhance lead flow.

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License in the state of Idaho

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Agent and closed 3-6 transactions

Proven track record of successful property sales

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Treasure Valley and surrounding areas

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems

Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region
