We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic commercial real estate brokerage team. The role focuses on financial analysis, data analysis, property research, underwriting, and cross‑functional coordination to sustain an efficient sales process. The Sales Analyst must hold or be able to obtain a real estate license and will not be expected to develop business or originate sales.

Location This is an on‑site role based in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Responsibilities

Input, analyze, and identify trends in data to report business trajectory and team performance

Maintain relationships and coordinate with multiple points of contact, both internal and external

Analyze, underwrite, and forecast property cash flows and valuations using underwriting templates

Break down and analyze profit and loss statements and rent rolls

Assist with preparing and presenting analysis/BOVs to clients

Assist with updating and maintaining rent and sales comparables for the agent’s market using multiple data services

Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements, addenda, and client reports

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the company database

Track multiple projects to meet critical deadlines and report status frequently

Monitor and maintain adherence to and compliance with state laws nationwide

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

3‑5 years of relevant experience

Active Real Estate License, or willing and able to obtain a real estate license

Comfortable with concepts of intermediate math

Highly organized and attentive to detail

Passionate about using data as a tool for promoting and monitoring business growth

Strong interpersonal skills and able to convey complex principles through written and spoken correspondence

Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts and leases

Highly adaptable and a clear‑thinking problem solver

A self‑starter on individual projects and a contributing member on team projects

Experience in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel

Familiarity with CRM systems, Argus and AIR Forms a plus

Familiarity with running Excel models for financial analysis and data organization
