Responsibilities

Connect with motivated homeowners ready to sell and help them achieve their goals

Manage and organize your pipeline effectively using our advanced CRM and proven systems

Deliver exceptional client service from the first appointment through closing day

Build strong, long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business

Host high-traffic, well-marketed open houses with qualified, ready-to-act buyers

Continuously sharpen your skills and expand your network through weekly training and mastermind sessions

Qualifications

Active

Real Estate License

(or currently in the process of obtaining one)

Full-time commitment with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals

Excellent communication skills and a passion for building client relationships

Coachable, organized, and eager to continuously grow and improve

Positive, proactive mindset with a team-oriented attitude

Compensation $100,000+ Annually

Compensation: $100,000 per year
