Role Overview

You’re the operational backbone of our group benefits team—the steady engine behind every successful implementation, renewal, and real-time service need. From onboarding new employer groups to supporting midyear changes and annual renewals, you ensure every enrollment, termination, and carrier submission is

tight, timely, and Zinnified . You'll manage multiple groups at different stages while balancing deadlines, clean systems, and a client-first mindset. Important: To be considered for this role, you must complete a Culture Index survey. Resumes will only be reviewed once the survey is completed. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Enter and update data in Employee Navigator and carrier portals. Submit clean, complete applications to carriers and track confirmations. Review client paperwork for accuracy and follow up for corrections. Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal teammates to keep cases moving. Support group implementations, plan changes, and renewal timelines. Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for—every step of the way. Success Metrics

New and renewing business are processed ahead of deadlines with minimal back-and-forth. System data is accurate and current, with clear audit trails. Brokers and internal teammates trust your communication and follow-through. Stay composed under pressure and keep the moving parts moving. Personality Traits for Success
