Primary Responsibilities:
Make collection calls to resolve outstanding balances while preserving strong customer relationships.
Process online order releases efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Reconcile accounts accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date portfolio records.
Investigate and resolve deductions, providing findings and recommendations to management.
Review credit limits and make informed recommendations to mitigate risk.
Balance risk management with delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales objectives.
