High school diploma or GED required Leasing or sales experience preferred Bilingual skills a plus Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Entrata and social media preferred Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs Must be available to work Saturdays Your Day-to-Day
Greet prospects and conduct engaging property tours Execute lease agreements, collect deposits, and maintain resident files Apply strong leasing, follow-up, and phone techniques Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media efforts Support curb appeal through inspections and property upkeep Address resident concerns with professionalism Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines If you’re ready to join a supportive team where your success matters,
