As an Insurance Account Representative for Milt Rawles State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Follow up on potential customers
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Virginia Beach. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have over 35 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
