Vision Government Solutions is hiring Field Appraisers in the Brunswick/Harpswell area. This full-time property inspector role involves inspecting and recording details of commercial and residential properties required for property valuation. Responsibilities
Inspect, verify, and record details of properties during visits to support property valuation. Maintain accurate documentation and notes from inspections. Provide professional, customer-focused service and coordinate with property owners and tenants as needed. Adhere to company standards for quality and safety while working outdoors in various weather conditions. Qualifications
18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, kneel, and carry 5–10 lbs of equipment during inspections Ability to climb stairs and work outdoors in all seasons Effective verbal communication and the ability to put members of the public at ease during visits Ability to work a 40-hour work week Real estate training and mail carrier/delivery experience is a plus Schedule
8-hour shifts Day shift Monday to Friday Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (Required) Work Location
On the road daily, Brunswick and Harpswell ME region Benefits
