Overview

The Land Use & Real Estate group at Helsell Fetterman is looking for a skilled Legal Secretary to join the team. The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. The candidate will have to have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. This role supports two partners as well as Land Use & Real Estate associates. Base pay

Act as the first point of contact for clients and potential clients Manage attorney calendars and case deadlines using Outlook Create and maintain case files on share drive File in Washington courts, format documents as needed Respond to high volume of phone calls and emails Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Conduct potential client intakes, manage engagement letter and onboarding process Qualifications

Two or more years at Law Firm or similar environment Two or more years filing with WA state courts Location and hours

This position is located at 800 Fifth Ave, Ste 3200 Seattle, WA 98104. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one hour lunch. Benefits
