Position(s) I am Applying for Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly qualified IP Litigation Paralegal to join our growing, dynamic Intellectual Property group practice in our Milwaukee office to assist with all aspects of litigation across multiple clients and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, proposed orders, post-trial bill of costs, and other litigation related documents; cite checking and key citing pleadings.
Preparing, electronic filing and serving motions, briefs, affidavits, declarations, exhibits, appendices, and other related documents for filing with U.S. District Courts as well as the Courts of Appeals, with a focus on the Federal Circuit.
Conducting initial review of documents for production and privilege; preparing and maintaining privilege logs; and assisting with deposition preparation.
Trial experience to include managing logistics and assisting trials (including out of state trials); preparing trial notebooks, jury notebooks, and compiling extensive exhibit lists and exhibits for trial.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
1+ years of law firm experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification is desirable.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional client service focus.
