They have about 3-4 admits a day, have full psych available.
Surgery stay overs are managed by the surgeons, however central lines, chest tubes and other procedures are performed by the Hosptialsits.
The compensation package is very attractive and since the physicians are employed by the hospital directly they are considered a strong element to the medical staff.
