We are looking for a
Property Tax Supervisor
to work for our client .

Responsibilities:
Supervise the preparation and filing of property tax returns across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property tax regulations. Manage and mentor a team of property tax analysts or specialists. Review assessments and coordinate appeals when necessary. Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants to gather data and resolve tax issues. Monitor changes in property tax laws and assess their impact on the organization. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMI designation preferred. 5+ years of experience in property tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of property tax regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in property tax software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
