REQUIREMENTS Patent litigation experience with a background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar field. In addition to district court litigation experience, practice experience before the International Trade Commission and Patent Trial and Appeal Board is recommended. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. Candidate should be Patent Bar Admitted.
