Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner No cold calling. All candidates are provided - you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews Experience in building a sales team would be of value Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications
Great phone voice and attitude Works well independently and is a great team member Strong work ethic and great money motivation Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation
