Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations Attend product and sales training courses. Follow up on all post-delivery items such as title/paperwork, feature & benefit usage and any special requests to ensure that customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
