Compensation:
$100,000 yearly Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with clients to create lifelong referral partners Consistently follow up with leads to grow your pipeline and secure appointments Consult with buyers and sellers to guide them through their real estate journey Negotiate offers and work with the contract management team to get transactions to the closing table Stay up-to-date on local market trends and community insights Leverage Thrive’s marketing and client support systems to enhance the client experience Qualifications: Active real estate license (or currently pursuing one) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with CRMs is a plus; we use Follow Up Boss) Sales experience is preferred but not required; we’ll provide the training and support About the Company: Thrive Realty Co. is a family-owned, full-service real estate brokerage built on one simple belief: when agents are empowered, clients win.
