Overview Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a
Real Estate Closing Coordinator
to join their team in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, entry-level position within the legal and administrative field, focusing on real estate and legal services.
Responsibilities
Compile and assemble closing binders according to client-specific procedures.
Coordinate with title and escrow companies, lenders, and other involved parties for post-closing follow-up.
Prepare and send electronic closing binders and large file packages securely to clients.
Collaborate with attorneys and clients to support transactions during and after closings.
Qualifications
Strong professional communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
Experience in a law firm or title company environment is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus; a current California Notary Public commission is also advantageous.
An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
