About the Role Lumonic, a subsidiary of PitchBook, is a private credit management platform founded and designed to automate reporting and compliance for private credit lenders. Its proprietary platform streamlines borrower financial data collection and verification, enabling investors to monitor compliance, covenant adherence, and financial health across their lending portfolios in real‑time. PitchBook’s Portfolio Analyst, Private Capital supports our Lumonic subsidiary and is responsible for helping customers with portfolio monitoring. This includes tracking key performance indicators, managing borrower compliance requirements, and analyzing financial statements.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Collect and organize financial statements to ensure accurate and efficient data management

Collaborate with our customers to gather valuable feedback, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met

Provide insightful feedback on existing products and contribute to the brainstorming and development of new features that drive our products forward

Play an active role in testing product improvements, helping to refine and enhance our offerings to deliver exceptional user experiences

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to solve problems as Lumonic continues to grow and evolve

Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors

Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, commonly in Finance or Accounting

1+ years of work experience, including internship experience

Ability to provide a high‑level of customer service

Adaptable to unique and changing business needs

Demonstrated success in problem solving and ownership to resolve issues

Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to operate using sound judgement to make decisions

Proficiency with financial statements

Process‑oriented, organized, and with amazing attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: This role is non‑exempt and paid a salary of $70,000‑$80,000. Target annual bonus percentage: 5%.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on‑going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
