Become a Listing Agent and work alongside the top 20% of real estate experts throughout North America. We provide a clear roadmap to success supported by tested strategies, advanced technology, innovative tools, personalized coaching, ongoing education, and a strong accountability framework. This commission-driven role rewards your hard work and commitment, leveraging our comprehensive resources to fast-track your professional development. In addition to a structured career advancement plan, you’ll enjoy benefits such as revenue sharing, health insurance, profit sharing, and opportunities for vesting and investment growth.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through a designated lever on a weekly basis Host two open houses consistently Turn prospecting and lead generation into appointments Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards Take part in team activities as per team standards Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, Morning Power Up, and Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
FL Real Estate License (REQUIRED)
Sales: 1 year (Required) - 4-10 units sold yearly minimum
Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
