Real Estate Acquisition

Catalyst Experiential is looking for a full time Real Estate acquisition specialist focused on property acquisition to join our team as we expand into new markets. Working from our headquarters in Newtown Square, the analyst will support the team in sourcing, entitling, permitting, and constructing new assets. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assists in the identification and pursuit of new development locations Review of public record and property ownership information Engage with property owners and negotiate in the acquisition and/or leasing of properties Understand and lead the due diligence process in property purchase scenarios (environmental, title review & insurance, etc.) Review of local zoning ordinances, zoning maps, and amendments Obtain all necessary approvals and permits for zoning & building in conjunction with local counsel Coordinate and organize various vendors for development projects (e.g., engineering, traffic study, surveyors, etc.) Comprehend survey and construction drawings Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously Occasional off hour needs Assist with miscellaneous office tasks Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required Minimum five years of experience in real estate brokerage and/or development industry Must have experience with preparing proposals and negotiating lease & sale contracts Brokerage, zoning, and permitting experience Be able to problem solve and find solutions Lead your tasks from conception to completion Be consistent with an eye for detail Be self-motivated and not require constant supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Be able to prioritize projects Must be collaborative and a team player Attention to detail, patience and perseverance is a must This position offers full benefits, a variety of growth opportunities, and potential for incentive compensation.
