to join our team at our soon-to-be-acquired 400+ unit properties, Devonshire & Lyndon Crossing.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and work with the public.
Have leasing experience, including a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws.
Demonstrate community and apartment/model features, applying product knowledge to meet customer needs by communicating features and benefits to close sales.
Prior lease-up experience is a plus.

Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
