We are currently seeking an Experienced, Professional Leasing Agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in property management, retail service, or sales. Qualifications & Experience

Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired.

Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.

Good understanding of basic accounting practices.

Yardi experience is a must.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.

Job Summary

Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regard to the payment of rent, fees, and other charges.

Coordinating leasing, marketing strategies, and resident activities.

Responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents, completing weekly reports.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

Minimum of 2 years experience in property management, retail service, or sales

Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills, and a customer-focused service orientation

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively

Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills

Schedule Monday to Friday 9a-5p, some weekends. May occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent.
