Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs Make a high volume of outbound calls Set sales appointments for customers and coordinate with sales advisors Follow up with customers to confirm appointments Answer inbound calls Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and motivation to succeed Ability to create and maintain customer relationships Strong computer and phone skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel) Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred Appointment setting experience Effective communication skills Ability to multi-task Bi-lingual skills are a plus Team player attitude Benefits
