This position involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities
Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, including greeting prospects, tours, application processing, credit and background checks, and lease signing. Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness and coordinate repairs if needed. Stay informed about market conditions, develop marketing plans, and implement policies to boost occupancy. Execute marketing activities, including internet marketing, referral programs, and community outreach. Use property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track leasing activities and resident data. Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and maintenance coordination. Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions. Support lease renewal activities by preparing renewal documents and contacting residents in advance. Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate problem resolution. Minimum Requirements
Valid licenses/certifications as required by jurisdiction. Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property. Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, reach, and carry objects up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel as needed. Compensation and Benefits
Hourly range: $24.00 - $26.00. Additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), parental leave, and more. Additional Information
