About the Role Escrow Innovations, Inc. is growing its Beaumont branch and seeks a detail-oriented, client-focused Escrow Assistant to join the team. This role supports the Branch Escrow Manager/Escrow Officer, ensuring a smooth, professional, and stress-free client experience. It offers a growth path as responsibilities expand with skill development.

Responsibilities

Be the first friendly voice clients hear (phones answered before the 3rd ring)

Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service to clients and walk-ins

Prioritize daily tasks with the Escrow Officer to keep files moving

Prepare, manage, and track escrow instructions, amendments, and opening packages

Order and follow up on title reports, demands, and hazard insurance

Assist with signing, preparation, and distribution of loan packages and reconveyances

Handle recordings, file status reports, mail, banking, and closing of escrows

Step in and cover the Officer’s desk when they’re away to maintain workflow

Assist in developing new outside business by leveraging existing escrow relationships

Represent the company at real estate meetings and networking events as needed

Leverage new technology and AI tools to streamline processes and boost efficiency

Support the company’s social media presence and brand awareness

Qualifications

2+ years verifiable escrow assistant experience

(required)

A true customer service standout with a passion for helping clients

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a team environment

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and escrow/title software (Qualia a plus)

Strong understanding of mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

strongly preferred

Mobile home/manufactured home escrow experience is a bonus

Current California Notary Public (or ability to obtain)

Must pass DFPI and DOJ background check

High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Compensation Compensation:

$47,000 - $52,000 yearly
