Managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close Communicating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and inspectors (like a boss) Ensuring all documents are complete, compliant, and delivered on time Creating systems, checklists, and workflows to streamline our processes Supporting agents administratively so they can stay focused on what they do best: SELLING Keeping everyone

with clear, consistent updates You’ve got
1+ year experience
in real estate (ideally in TC/admin work) You are
hyper-organized , proactive, and a natural problem-solver You handle deadlines like a pro (and you secretly love color-coded calendars) You communicate clearly, confidently, and with kindness You can juggle multiple transactions at once—without dropping a ball You’ve worked with a real estate team or brokerage before You have a license (not required, but cool if you do!)
