We are looking for you to join us as a new member to complement our global ServiceDesk team. Your role is part of a larger organization with ServiceDesk that handles first and second-line support and works closely with our global IT Operations team. What you will do You will handle 1st and 2nd line support cases, assisting the company's employees with IT support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations. We currently have about 2,000 employees across 25 countries and operate manufacturing bases in 13 countries. We are in a robust development phase, focusing on automation, digitalization, and building scalable IT solutions to ensure satisfied end users. Provide end-user support for Windows, Office, and other Nederman applications Install PCs and laptops Register and manage cases in our global ticket system Install and configure Windows PCs and laptops Manage network connections in office and site environments We believe you have Approximately 1-2 years of experience in a related field, keeping you updated with technological developments. You have a strong drive, contribute to team spirit, and are service-minded towards end users. To succeed, you should have an understanding of the field and a passion for problem-solving in a Windows environment. Experience with the following systems and products is preferred: Windows 10 and 11 Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory Basic knowledge of Windows Server Basic knowledge of Office 365 Basic network knowledge Printer administration What we offer you At Nederman, you will be part of a fast-growing international company committed to sustainability.
