Hotshot Arbor Care is seeking a dynamic and efficient Database Management Specialist to join our elite team of dedicated utility vegetation management professionals. This role will involve supporting major electric utility systems and facilitate vegetation management field operations in their daily duties by analyzing, compiling, pulling and inputting data through the Vegetation Management Database (VMD) and other related programs. Job Title: Database Management Specialist (DMS) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $33.71 per hour Location: CA Work Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime as needed Work Setting: Hybrid remote, ability to work in office required. Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Vegetation Management Database and systems. Compile, manipulate, and analyze VMD data to support vegetation management efforts. Manage the Vegetation Management Database (VMD) used within our client's Vegetation Management program. Receive downloads of data from field personnel and transfer data in various computer programs. Generate and close out Work Requests, create pre-load files, track refusals and EC notifications/cases. Troubleshoot the database, print reports, copy, distribute data, file reports, and perform analyses. Communicate procedures for the use of handheld devices to field personnel and resolve user problems. Maintain VMDSR as directed by the Client Representative and an area equipment inventory. Facilitate the completion of timely and accurate reports. Ensure project folders are complete with all necessary records before archiving. Perform other work as directed by the SVMI or the PG&E Representative. Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with computers, office equipment, and data entry equipment. Valid Class C driver’s license and participation in Employer Pull Notice Program (EPN) with DMV. Successful completion of background check and negative drug screening.
