Responsibilities
As an Experienced Listing Agent with the Premier Home Team, You Will:
Leverage advanced training, leadership development, and high-level coaching through PLACE Agent Launch programs to sharpen your edge and scale your business. Tap into proven PLACE systems, tools, and tech to streamline the listing process and deliver an exceptional client experience — every time. Focus on what you do best: converting leads, winning listings, and closing deals — while delegating 80% of transaction management to our in-house Success Team. Use powerful lead generation strategies and marketing support to keep your pipeline full and your brand visible. Run strategic Open Houses (4 per month) as part of your success playbook. Grow within a top-producing, high-energy team that values performance, leadership, and long-term wealth building. Gain access to multiple income streams, including revenue share, investment opportunities, and more.
