As an Insurance Account Representative for the Steve Mason State Farm Agency, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will have the opportunity to grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

I am a second generation State Farm agent. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
