The Oliver is looking for a Leasing Consultant who thrives on using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements. Responsibilities
Generate interest by highlighting your community’s unique features and benefits and explaining what sets it apart from the competition Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to help call the community their home Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents Use attention to detail to perform required office administrative tasks Coordinate and plan activities for residents Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Valid Driver’s License required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Legal authorization to work in the United States Benefits
