DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interview prospective tenants and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Accompany prospects to model homes and apartments; discuss size, layout, facilities, location, and lease terms. Complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits. Inspect premises periodically and coordinate maintenance. Recommend advertising methods to generate traffic. Ensure punctuality and coverage of responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Education and Experience:
One-year certificate from college or technical school. At least 2 years of sales experience required. Skills:
Ability to read, interpret documents, and communicate effectively. Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs. Ability to apply common sense and solve problems involving multiple variables. Other Qualifications:
Outgoing personality; enjoy working with the public. Scheduling & Requirements:
