The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Corporate Real Estate. Responsibilities
Develops business and negotiates the selling and leasing of commercial real estate properties for clients. Provides clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values. Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Converts calls to meetings to business opportunities. Accompanies prospective clients to property tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms. Compiles property data for clients, such as summary reports, maps, status updates, and industry-specific information. Prepares RFPs and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on asking rents, tenants, historical data, and market comparisons. Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence. Drafts correspondence to clients and prospects. Gathers, prepares, and distributes marketing materials. Engages in local business community and industry events to create new contacts and generate business. Maintains accurate information in the CRM system. Coordinates and assigns tasks within the team. Participates in weekly and monthly sales meetings to update on market trends and business efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of real estate brokerage experience. Knowledge of financial terms, percentages, discounts, and commissions. Real Estate Salespersons license required; Broker license preferred. Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Commitment to client service and willingness to take on new challenges. Physical Requirements
General office work involving extended periods of sitting and computer use. Ability to communicate clearly and read and understand written information.
