Overview Premier Truck Group is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with over 40 locations throughout the US and Canada, offering a premium selection of new Freightliner and Western Star trucks, a large selection of used trucks, and a full suite of parts, maintenance, and repair services. This role supports the Financial Services Manager(s) with credit applications and financial documentation, and may help produce additional revenue by selling finance and insurance programs to new truck customers, working to develop relationships with customers and bridge gaps in the sales process. Responsibilities

Builds rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals and a robust customer network Maintain an impeccable reputation with lenders Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for financing and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner Explain aftermarket products and provide complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Process finance and lease deals accurately and in compliance with laws and company policies Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner Complete paperwork related to truck sales and leases in a timely manner Understand and follow regulations affecting the new truck and finance departments Verify paperwork for title, lien information, taxes, and consumer information before forwarding to accounting Maintain current supply of required contracts and paperwork for finalization Ensure work areas are clean and maintain attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards Follow the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct; maintain confidentiality as required Attend training and company meetings as requested; update Monthly Booking Reports and inform Sales Team about expiring leases and paid-off contracts Maintain the F&I Shared Drive of new programs and policy changes Requirements/ Skills/ Abilities

Ability to sell products and services professionally and ethically Ability to comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting the truck and finance departments Ability to facilitate and/or conduct technical training for other employees Computer proficiency Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and interpretation abilities Ability to work independently and complete assignments within standard practices Ability to interact well with others and maintain positive morale Supervisory Responsibility

No Work Environment/ Physical Demands

Light work; may involve walking or standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Duties may include climbing, pushing/pulling, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motion in an office environment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time; may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Travel

Little to no travel expected. Required Education And Experience

Two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education And Experience

Secondary education in Accounting or Finance or equivalent; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language/Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to present information effectively in English in one-on-one and small group settings Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Premier Truck Group.
