Responsibilities: Prepare tax returns for forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 etc. Research tax issues and recommend an appropriate course of action Work with the IRS in the resolution of tax matters Create new processes to improve efficiency Exhibits professionalism, including appearance, demeanor, and behavior. Strong work ethic Qualifications: Previous experience in preparing complex tax returns is essential Desire to learn and keep up to date with ever-changing tax laws, rules and regulations Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools Detail and deadline-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Company Description We have never sent anyone home because of the lack of work.
