Direct all work activities performed at the sales lot. Foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation. Implement strategies that increase productivity to support business expansion and success. Qualifications
Proven business management experience Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Familiarity with industry rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results-driven and customer-focused Leadership and human resources management skills Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required Currently resides in or around Sapulpa, OK and has land opportunities Highly ethical conduct Entrepreneurial spirit Self-motivated Self-starter Loves people Enjoys difficult challenges Never quits, never gives up, never surrenders Highly organized Problem solver Tech-forward Multi-tasker Creative Strategic Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or similar “Hunter” mentality – enjoys seeking out new customers and closing Thinks outside the box 1 year or more in sales experience preferred Seniority level
