Autonomous Role: Thrive in a part-time role with the autonomy to choose your rounding schedule.

Leadership and Patient Care: Combine patient care rounding in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) with medical director duties.

Job Duties: Primary Care Rounding in SNF: Manage chronic diseases, diagnose illnesses, and implement care plans.

Collaboration: Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders, and others to enhance care and services.

Building Relationships: Build relationships with patients, their families, and facility staff for effective treatment delivery.

Medical Director Responsibilities: Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to clinicians.

Conduct clinical case reviews and share information related to quality of care.

External Engagement: Represent TeamHealth externally, establishing and maintaining relationships in the post-acute care community.

Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives and network management.

Skills Required: Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and critical thinking.

Communication: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Empathy and Compassion: Showcase empathy, compassion, and the ability to connect with senior patients and their families.

Qualifications: Clinical Experience: Background in primary care, with post-acute care experience being a plus (though not required).

Leadership Background: Leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Licensing: Hold an active and unrestricted Washington license or have an application in process.
