Program Directo r to help lead our Home and Community Based Therapy team — providing clinical excellence, mentorship, and support to our clinicians as they help families thrive. The
Program Director
will provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote a families' strengths! The Program Directors work to ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work
LCSW - Independent NY State License (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families – preferably in a community-based setting
Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bilingual ability is a plus! xmvmafu
