Our full-time Sales Consultants are self-driven and motivated to increase market share within an assigned geographical territory, while cultivating new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
This territory includes Blairsville, GA; Alpharetta, GA; Monroe, GA; Metasville, GA; and Toccoa, GA.
This challenging yet rewarding role operates within a team environment committed to delivering high-quality buildings backed by superior warranties.
Successful Sales Consultants are career-oriented, organized, and highly focused with a strong desire to succeed. They effectively utilize various technologies to manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion. Training is provided; however, candidates must be eager to learn and adapt to industry changes and market needs.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
Commercial sales experience is a plus
Equine knowledge is a plus
Ability to develop and maintain an effective sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets
Availability during construction hours to grow market share
Coordinate project team, manage subcontractors, handle permitting
Maintain customer confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimal overnight travel required
Must reside within 30 miles of the territory within 30 days of hire
Our Sales Consultants are provided with a company car, laptop, and cell phone to support their work in the assigned territory.
Compensation includes a monthly base salary with training subsidy plus commission, offering significant earning potential.
