Basic Function Primary Responsibility:
As a Technology Sales Consultant, you will identify, prospect, and sell our technology solutions (Managed Security, Managed IT Services, and Enterprise Communications) to potential clients. Your focus will be understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and building relationships to drive revenue. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Work Performed
Secure orders from existing and potential customers via visits or calls.
Follow up on quotations and opportunities.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel.
Meet activity and sales quotas.
Submit weekly activity reports and sales forecasts.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience Requirements
Proven track record in technology sales or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of technology products and solutions.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Work Environment
Attention to detail in a varied environment.
Office setting; may involve long hours, physical effort, and driving.
Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance for extensive use of personal vehicle.
Special Requirements
Complete required courses as per HR policies.
Additional duties may be assigned.
